Q1: Can I get free sample?
A1: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.

Q2: How should I pay?
A2: You can pay via T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Cash etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as order confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.

Q3: What is delivery time if we place an order?
A3: It depends order quantities. Usually, we can deliver goods within 10 -15 working days for small orders, for more QTY. order, let's confirm when you place offical order.

Q4: Are your factory or trading company?
A4: We are proffesional Lifepo4 cells and packs manufacturer with our own factory and brand BENERGY. We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM services for clients around globe.

Q5.What is your warranty?
A5:We offer 2 -5 years warranty for all our battery pack.we ensure at least 3000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means,after 3000@80% DOD,there will still around 80% capacityt left.You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

Q6.Can we put 48V LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourself?
A6:Yes. The battery can be put in parallel by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention:
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put inparallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate;
2> Do not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack;
3> Do not put the 12V batteries in series.
4> If you are not professional in parallel batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery;

5> If you want to make a higher capacity battery pack, like 48V 200Ah, please order 48V 200AH directly. The cost for one 48V 200AH is lower than two 48V 100AH pack. To charge or discharge one 48V 200Ah directly is better than to charge or discharge two 48V 100AH packs, cycle life longer, safer.

After improving and testing, now our lithium batteries are in perfect designing, high energy density and with long lifespan. We also developed high discharge rate prismatic cells, like 7AH which can bear 58C burst, which are widely used for motor cycle and car starting.

What's more, we developed a type of low temperature cells which can work extrem low temperature, maximium can work under -40°C. 

Now our lithium cells and battery packs can  be widely used for solar power, wind-turbine system, backup system, electric cars, electric motorcycle, electric power tools, medical equipment and other power systems. And they are selling well in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Argentina etc. We can customerize different battery packs for our customers based on customer's detail application.
